  • Due to the high number of inquiries at this time, we ask that you send an email to [email protected] describing your situation and need for assistance. Please include your loan number and the best way to contact you.
  • Visit our Borrower’s Assistance Program on our website, located under the mortgage loan tab. Look for the red bar along the right side of the page to apply for our assistance program.
  • If you’d like to call you are welcome to do so, but please be patient. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Our branches remain open, but we’re asking customers to use our drive thru services.
  • All but four of our branches have drive-thru windows. Branches that do not have a drive-thru are Hyde Park, Deer Park, Beechmont and North College Hill, all in Cincinnati.
  • If you have a more complicated transaction, you are welcome to come into the branch for assistance. If you do need to enter a branch, we ask you to practice social distancing and use hand sanitizer, which is located in all branches, to protect yourself and our employees.
  • To find the branch closest to you, visit, “Find a Branch/ATM“.
  • If you have a Forte Alliance checking account, just click on the “online banking” link at the top of our homepage to go to your account or set up an account.
  • From online banking, you can check your balance, pay your mortgage, pay other bills, transfer money between your Forte Alliance Bank accounts and find information you need if you have questions.
  • We also have a service called “24/7 Phone Link.” Just call and follow the instructions provided.
  • You will find a list of no fee ATM locations available to Forte Alliance customers on our website.
  • Home loan closings and home refinancings are continuing. Your loan officer will set everything up for you.
  • We are mindful that our branch locations can get busy and there is a need for limited contact between bank staff and customers so we’ve set up remote locations for our closings.

Taking Care of Our Neighbors

Through our regional Community Action Committees, Forte Alliance Bank, supports many organizations that are important to our employees. Our giving back to the community involves employee service and volunteering coupled with financial support from the bank. During this time, we are unable to volunteer, so we’re contributing to the financial needs of our community partners that are on the front line of assisting our first responders, medical personnel and neighbors in need.

Financial Literacy for Students

Many of our customers are helping to educate children at home while also balancing your own lives and work schedule. We can help. Forte Alliance is proud to be a partner with EVERFI, which offers free, quality education, including financial literacy, to K-12 students. Anyone can register and access the lesson plans. Below is a step-by-step guide to connect you to EVERFI and the lesson plans that are most applicable to the children in your lives.

1. Visit the EVERFI Family Portal
2. Click “Sign Up Now,” via the red box in the top right corner
3. Select your state
4. Select your child’s school name. If you can’t find your child’s school, please contact EVERFI at [email protected].
5. Register your child and create a user name and password.
6. Receive the full catalog of age-appropriate courses for your child

Once you’ve registered, you’ll simply sign in, using your user name and password, anytime you want to access the portal.
